If you head on over to today you'll be treated to two new games that you can download and play right now for a very limited time. There are , but not all of them stick around forever, so you'll want to act fast to get hold of these two. That is, if your backlog isn't already .

At the time of writing, there are two games with special limited-time free weekends. One is a 2026 strategy sim, the other is a 2026 zombie FPS. Two very different games, but a little something for everyone. Let's take a look at what's on offer, shall we?

No More Room In Hell

No More Room In Hell

Available until May 4 at 6pm, is a multiplayer co-op zombie shooter with Left 4 Dead vibes. Although, I should note, the user reviews for this game would suggest it's not quite as good as Left 4 Dead. This is also an Early Access game, so parts of it are still very much a work-in-progress, but developer and publisher Tom Banner Studios plans to launch version 1.0 this summer. I should also stress, this is just a free weekend, and you do not get to keep the game.

"No More Room in Hell 2 is an intense eight-player zombie shooter," reads the official synopsis. "Overcome the endless undead. Avoid infection. Survive hell together. Join up with others and complete vital missions to aid humanity's survival. But stay cautious: every encounter with the horde can lead to infection - or even permadeath for your Responder."

You'll be able to play through two modes: Objective and Survival. If you like what you play during the free weekend, No More Room In Hell will remain 35 percent off until May 7.

Victoria 3

Victoria 3

If gunning down zombies is perhaps a little too stressful for you, you may care to try on for size. This is a 2026 historical sim with some very positive reviews from fans of the genre. Like No More Room In Hell, this one is only free to play (not to keep) until May 4 at 6pm.

"Paradox Development Studio invites you to build your ideal society in the tumult of the exciting and transformative 19th century," the description reads. "Balance the competing interests in your society and earn your place in the sun in Victoria 3, one of the most anticipated games in Paradox’s history."

While this one isn't free to keep, Victoria 3 will be 70 percent off until May 7 if you really enjoy what you play. Oh, and any progress you make during the free access period will carry over to the full game.
