Ahead of , a different Hannah Waddingham series has revealed its release date and first images.

Waddingham played the role of AFC Richmond owner Rebecca Welton in Ted Lasso seasons 1-3 and is reprising the role for season 4, which makes its Apple TV debut on August 5. While she is best known for the sports comedy series, she has also played Septa Unella, who famously shouts, "Shame!" repeatedly in the Game of Thrones season 5 finale, and she more recently voiced the Grand Councilwoman in Disney's live-action remake of Lilo & Stitch.

Now, Prime Video has announced that all eight episodes of Waddingham's new action comedy series Ride or Die will come to the streaming platform on July 15. The Ted Lasso star plays Judith Burton, who is secretly an international assassin. After a hit goes awry, she is forced to go on the run across Europe with her best friend Debbie Claybourne (Octavia Spencer), who did not know about Judith's secret life. The cast also includes Ed Skrein, Bill Nighy, Sylvia Hoeks, Calam Lynch, Savannah Steyn, Jamie Parker, and Jacky Ido. Check out the first-look images below:

Ride or Die was created by Tessa Coates while Matt Miller serves as showrunner and Peyton Reed directs. All three are also executive producers alongside Waddingham, Spencer, and Andy and Barbara Muschietti. Reed is known for directing all three of the Marvel Cinematic Universe's Ant-Man movies and two episodes of The Mandalorian season 2, including the season 2 finale where Luke Skywalker appears. Andy and Barbara Muschietti are coming off of HBO's and are working on season 2.

As for Waddingham's co-star and co-producer, Spencer, she has previously won an Academy Award for her performance as Minny Jackson in The Help and received nominations for her portrayals of Dorothy Vaughan in Hidden Figures and Zelda Fuller in The Shape of Water. She is also known for her roles as Sue Ann in Blumhouse's Ma, Wanda in Ryan Coogler's Fruitvale Station, and The Manticore in Pixar's Onward.

Ride or Die won't be Waddingham's first time in the world of action, let alone within the past year, as she played Admiral Neely in 2026's Mission: Impossible — The Final Reckoning. It is even more familiar territory for her co-star, Skrein, who played , Ajax in Marvel's Deadpool, Zapan in Alita: Battle Angel, and Atticus Noble in Zack Snyder's Rebel Moon movies.

Ride or Die comes to Prime Video on July 15.
