Following the recent launch of hit social simulation games such as and , the genre is very much back in the limelight, and although the franchise is yet to release another entry since the launch of back in 2026, the love for the hit is still very much alive. As such, this upcoming release is guaranteed to appeal to all of those who fell in love with the social simulation title during the COVID-19 pandemic.
Animal Crossing Is Back, Mark Your Calendars
It may not be the next installment in the Animal Crossing franchise, or even the DLC we have all been waiting for, but it is definitely the next best thing as fans of the long-running Nintendo series will be able to get their hands on some adorable merchandise. Courtesy of Bandai Namco, a new entry in its Chara-Magnets collection is on the way, and this one will be dedicated to all things Animal Crossing.
The collection features 24 different Animal Crossing characters in magnet form which each costing around 270円 (~$1.70). However, as you can see from that price point, the collection is currently only available in Japan. However, if you are able to bag yourself one online, it will be a lucky dip as you will not know which character you are going to get. Additionally, each magnet will come with one of 10 stationary card designs, including: Acorn Card, Airmail Card, Bank of Nook Card, Gift Card, KK Slider Card, Lovely Hearts Card, Plumeria Card, Shapes Card, Shooting-stars Card, and Velvety Card, as well as a piece of soda-flavored gum.
Don't Count On A Worldwide Release
Unfortunately, there is no word if this brand-new Animal Crossing Chara-Magnets collection will be released worldwide. However, it will be possible to purchase them from Japan in certain storefronts if you are able to cover the cost of shipping.
