is poised to have a pretty big year. Microsoft needs to bring it , and with the recent announcement of a price drop, anything is possible. This is a big year for Microsoft to prove itself, starting with Xbox Game Pass.

That on-ramp is looking pretty good at the moment, as a ton of Xbox Game Pass titles are slated for May. They were recently revealed in full by the Xbox team, with the crown jewel of Forza Horizon 6 arriving on May 19. Call of the Elder Gods will also be available day one if you're looking for another new game to play this month.

On the blog, Microsoft has announced six games coming to Xbox Game Pass today. You can play them right now, and there are a few you may want to jump on as soon as possible.

With five games coming to Xbox Game Pass across multiple genres, there's going to be something to play over the weekend. Here is every game available today on Xbox Game Pass:

  • Ben 10 Power Trip
  • Descenders Next
  • Wheel World
  • Wildgate
  • Wuchang: Fallen Feathers

If you're an action-RPG fan, Wuchang: Fallen Feathers is an easy recommendation. At this point, through patches, and the game has a lot to offer if you're looking for a Soulslike experience.

Wildgate is a fascinating self-described PvPvE multiplayer shooter that currently sits at "very positive" overall on Steam. Its bright visual style is easy to get sucked into, and given that it's on Xbox Game Pass, it should be easy to get some friends involved.

With "mostly positive" reviews, Descenders Next is one to catch if you're a sports fan, and is billed as the "ultimate extreme sports game." Having been in Early Access for roughly a year, it just added a career mode in a meaty update.

Wheel World, on the other hand, has a premise that is a bit wilder than the others: "Dive into Wheel World as Kat, a rider chosen by ancient cycling spirits. Race elite teams, trick out your bike, and perform the long overdue Great Shift ritual to save a universe on the brink! Your bike is your destiny."

These new drops for May 6 also follow another gargantuan Xbox Game Pass release: Final Fantasy 5. Arriving on May 5, this extensive JRPG helped set the stage for the rest of the franchise, especially with its highly customizable job system.
